HOW SERVICE WASHER dynamo (KIND) SHORT / short-circuit / BROKE

We have previously discussed way / trick dynamo check that short of the washer / similar. Short on dynamo is most common between the primary coil and starter. Generally occurs at the cross meeting / second stack winding hole beyond cool. Or it could happen short jg hole in cool, because most of the dynamo is not given bulkhead between the main and starter cover. If the check results have confirmed that they will be short dynamo, while the steps that we will take are:
A). OVERCOMING SHORT dynamo / short-circuit

Observe the state of the wire and paper / plastic wire cover and the mica on the bulkhead between the primary coil and the starter (green fig). If the wire appears to change color visible on the pole compared to the other pole or paper / plastic mica looks burnt / shrink at the poles due to excessive heat, can we suspect in the polar regions is exactly short. But if the short is not too severe, usually wire and mica looks smooth. So it's up to you to start a pole which one will be checked first.
2 Decide on pole strap will check carefully, so that the wire is not scratched or join truncated.
3 Remove the coupling wire comes out of the main and starter at point A (see fig). If it is removed, the starter and the main means there is no longer a relationship. When tested with a tester that there is still a relationship despite the large resistance, means that the dynamo is still short.
4 Separate or apart piles of starter and main poles with pole starter gets pressed in by hand or screwdriver (if sirlak hard enough) that the diameter / surface is not too big screwdriver / sharp and can be sandwiched between the main pole and the pole starter mid-gap. Do it carefully so that the wire is not broken or chipped email.
5. Check with second tester on the wire that has been removed or it could be at point B and C (see fig). If still short, do back step 4 on the other pole while being checked by the tester. Perform up to meet with a short section marked absence of relations between main and starter tester position despite the scale X10K.
6 If a short section has been found, the email will appear chipped wire. If it is not too severe (much), just sirlak peeled back part after it loops back on the trim and give a bulkhead separator (mica) in meeting / crossing all major poles and starter.
7 Tie back all the coils, wire and cable connection back to normal and did re-check with the tester. After winding the dynamo is believed to no longer short do back penyirlakan evenly.
  B). FIGHT THAT BROKE dynamo
        Dinamo can be said to break down if we do check with the tester between the output cable with the cable there is no relationship at all. If the coil wire visually looks good as for checking steps we can take are as follows:
1 Remove / disconnect the straps on the cable first. Check all wire connections on the cable by removing the cable sheath, one by one (not uncommon dynamo winding wire break occurred here).
2 To localize checks, check with the starter or main tester is broke.
3 If all the wire looks smooth and does not look or see no wires are broken, we are forced to check the poles per pole to find the part that broke.
4 Start of the cable from the initial checks are not connected with each other. For example let's say that breaking up is a major twist (AB).
5. Peel little email on the wire that comes out (end) of the 2nd pole or wire on the pole to the base-3 (center).
6 Check the relationship between the center to point A or B. If the break up if the center to B, then the check can be narrowed in the middle between the two poles and the center point B. That way you can bet on the pole where the wire is broken.
7 Having obtained the poles broke then we check again more carefully if it is dropped on the outside that can be continued. If not met we just need to roll on a pole break up.
  NOTE:
· If the wires are short or have too much email that chipped or drop out, should be done on the new rolling pole winding troubled. the consequences if the problem is that the outer coil you just have to roll up a new one pole only, but if you had to disassemble the inside / amputate and rolled back 3 poles at once, 2 poles and 1 outer pole part in the problem.
· Measure the diameter of the wire and accurately calculate the number of wires on poles to be rolled new
All that I have described and explained above is the result of my experience in dealing with the problem at the washing machine and other dynamo which of course may not be said to be the most practical and convenient for others. If you already understand the basics of how to roll dynamo and many do, then you will definitely find yourself a way / best techniques for you to overcome all sorts of problems with the dynamo.
