DC Motor Types

An electric motor is an electric machine that converts electrical energy into mechanical energy. Construction motors and generators are essentially the same. DC motor developed a great moment and allows setting the number of rounds without stages. The number of motor rotation can exceed the rotary field.
     Based on the current source for magnetic poles magnetism, the electric motor can be divided into two types, namely:


1) DC motors with separate amplifier, when the coil current to the magnetic poles derived from direct current source located outside of the motor.
2) DC motor with its own amplifier, when the coil current to the magnetic poles coming from the motor itself.

     While based on the relationship of the magnet coil amplifier li-diffi- anchor to the motor with its own amplifier can be grouped into two, namely:


1) Motor Shunt
2) Motor Series
