TRICKS check washer dynamo

Often times we find round dynamo on the washing machine is not strong or weak. While the dynamo as morbidly jammed and capacitors are also OK, while the dynamo wire still looks smooth or no burn marks.
That's because there has been a short-circuit or short in the winding dynamo and most often occurs in the meeting / stacks between the primary coil and starter. To make sure we can know by measuring the resistance on each coil and add them up. If the result of the amount of resistance of the primary winding and the starter is not in congruence with that measured in the multitester, it is certain that they will have short dynamo / short-circuit.

How:
As we know dynamo washer / type has 2 windings, main and starter. Then one of the base or both ends of these windings are connected together. Generally, the washing machine is marked with BLUE or BLACK wires that are connected directly to the fuse or the AC power cord. Currently we mark the end of the primary coil with wires BROWN. And the end of the winding to the capacitor starter which we mark with greey cable. So the cable comes out of the dynamo totaled 3 BLUE, BROWN and greey.
Measurement steps are as follows:
1 Measure the resistance between the BLUE and BROWN wires. Suppose the result = 70 ohms.
2 Measure the resistance between the cable and greey BLUE. Suppose the result = 120 ohms.
3 Measure the resistance between the cable and greey BROWN. If the dynamo is in good condition at a multitester measurable results that are supposed to be 70 ohm + 120ohm = 190 ohms. If the measured value which is much smaller, it can be ascertained dinamonya already short. Of course this will affect the strength of rotation and the dynamo will quickly heat. This example is an example of the winding dynamo on the dryer.
4 While the dynamo parts washers, resistance distance between the two coils must be equal. Because both the amount and the large wire coils that are used are the same. Because the two coils can be a major twist or starter depending on the direction of rotation or the power source that makes the second cable (BROWN / greey). That's why both wires BROWN and greey all headed capacitor, so that the dynamo can rotate 2-way. If the incoming power source cable to the dynamo will CHOCOLATE rotates left and if greey to be otherwise. It is set by the timer.
Example: if the BLUE and BROWN wires measured 70 ohms then the BLUE cable and greey should be 70 ohms as well. So if we measure BROWN wires and abu2, dynamo who will either measured 70 ohms + 70 ohms = 140ohm.

Thus a simple trick to check the condition of the washing machine or similar dynamo as: blower on the AC, water pump, fan etc.. For how to cope with the dynamo that short without a washing machine I will review the new roll on the occasion of the forthcoming. This would be helpful.
